1. Course Enrollment & Payment

All payments made on the Codeion website are secure and must be completed in full before access to any course content, live classes, materials, or certifications is provided. By completing a payment, you agree to all terms listed in this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the official class start date.
• Valid proof of payment must be provided.
• The student must not have completed the course or received certification.
• The student must not have accessed a significant portion of the course content.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Requests made after 7 days from class start date.
• Course completion or certificate issuance.
• Personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, or technical issues.
• Violation of Codeion’s policies.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact the Codeion support team with your full name, registered email, course name, proof of payment, and reason for refund. Requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to reflect.

5. Pricing & Modifications

Codeion reserves the right to modify course pricing, offers, and policies at any time. Changes will not affect users who have already completed their purchase.

6. Fraud & Abuse Prevention

Any attempt to misuse the refund policy or share course materials illegally may result in permanent account suspension without refund.
